Polemonium boreale "Heavenly Habbit"

Very compact perennial growth to 30cm high it forms blue flowers with yellow eye from June to August; reblooms after deadheading. Actually an Artic plant. Can seed itself. Will grow in gravel or shallow soil. Nice in Rockeries. Tough little plant, Ive noticed a soft scent like cyclamen off it.
